2015 Vic/Tas Pinnacle Awards External Collections Agent of the Year

The Young Credit Professional of the Year Award (YCPA) program is the largest and most prestigious Youth Credit Award program in Australia. Dale Hannan, Director of National Collection Services, and NCS have won awards in this program 2008 and 2011; and in 2015 won the Vic/Tas Pinnacle Awards External Collections Agent of the Year.

Certified Credit Executive Qualifications

Dale Hannan, Managing Director at National Collection Services, has been awarded with a CCE (Certified Credit Executive) Qualification in December 2016.

The Certified Credit Executive Qualification is awarded for recognition of current knowledge and professional practice within the credit industry. It is a demonstration of AICM’s dedicated commitment to maintaining professional excellence in the field of credit management.

A CCE Qualification is confirmation of an AICM member’s knowledge and experience in the credit industry and provides additional resources to advance skills.

Holding the CCE qualification works to elevate the level of respect among colleagues in business, credit management and the broader financial community. It is also an important catalyst to staff development encouraging managers and team members to expand their knowledge beyond their particular area of specialisation, whilst continuing to learn and grow in the market place. The CCE Qualification is awarded to members who are motivated and accomplished, and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to keeping up to date in their knowledge of credit management skills. Additionally it indicates an individual is working to maintain high standards in the credit field.
