What if I can't pay?

If you are unable to pay your account or commit to an instalment plan due to your current financial circumstances or financial hardship, we will request you complete a statement of financial position and supply further documentation.

This will assist us in understanding your financial situation and tailor a solution to your needs.

This could mean;
A minimal instalment plan for a short period of time until your situation improves

Requesting your account be placed on hold for a short period of time until your situation improves

Requesting a settlement from our client based on your circumstances
